I Love It! I am so glad I purchased this curriculum. It is the best $16 I have spent in a very long time!
Five in A Row (FIAR) is a literature based curriculum for children ages 5-9. I bought it just for Harrison and Sarah, and we are having a blast.
Our first book we chose was Madeline, we've read it several times before but never with such purpose. We've learned Geography, Rhyming, Vocabulary, tomorrow is Art and Friday is Math. We are recording everything in a lapbook, which I will take pictures of and post when it is finished.
My other new fave is Handwriting Without Tears. This has done wonders for a certain young man living in my house.
So I guess the Philosophers question would be....Is it the curriculum, or was it just the time for him to jump in? Who knows!
